The HSE and Connecting for Life Cavan and Monaghan have organised a number of workshops in the coming weeks related to suicide prevention awareness. This includes safeTALK, Suicide Bereavement Training for professionals and Understanding Self-Harm.
SafeTALK Workshops will take place on Wednesday the 9th of March in the Iontas Centre, Castleblayney, Monday the 27th March in St Kilian’s Heritage Centre, Wednesday 29th March in Ballydurrow Community Centre, and Friday the 31st March in Hub Muinchille, Cootehill.
Elsewhere, a one day Suicide Bereavement Training for professionals will take place Wednesday 22nd March in the Errigal Hotel, Cootehill and on Friday 31st March in the Cavan Crystal Hotel, a training course in relation to understanding self-harm will be open to the public.
