House supply in Co. Cavan is leading to increased prices.
That's according to local Real Estate Agent, James Spring of REA Donohoe Spring.
The price of the average second-hand three-bed semi in county Cavan rose by 11.8pc to €237,500 in the last twelve months, according to the latest national survey by Real Estate Alliance.
Prices remained unchanged this quarter across the county, while the average time taken to reach sale agreed was three weeks, the Q2 REA Average House Price Index shows.
