Temporary permission has been granted for a development in Drumalee Health Campus.
The application was submitted in PCC (IE) Investments Limited in November last year.
Temporary permission for 5-years for development on lands at Block 3, Drumalee Health Campus, Cootehill Road, Drumalee Cross, Co. Cavan.
The proposed development consists of a medical CT and MRI scanning facility in a single storey U-shaped, aluminium clad prefabricated building with a central gated courtyard utility space.
The building includes reception area, consultation room, changing areas, toilet, control rooms, scanning rooms, and plant areas.
An ESB substation and switchroom are also proposed in a separate single storey building adjoining the site entrance.
The development includes all associated site works and services.
Permission was granted with six conditions attached.
