Cavan County Council has published a tender for the construction of 17 social housing units in two separate locations in Co Cavan.
The first development consists of 9 Housing units at Derrylurgan in Ballyjamesduff. Along with these homes, the formation of a new entrance and service road with associated parking and green areas, along with connect to all services and all ancillary works are required.
The second development consists of 8 Housing Units, connection to existing public services and all ancillary and associated works at Portaliffe in Killashandra. Tenders are being accepted up until the 15th of March with 14 months being set for the completion of the works as part of the contract.
