Two men have been killed in separate crashes in Waterford and County Tipperary.
A third person, a woman has been injured.
A motorcyclist in his 40s is the latest person to be killed on the roads after a crash in Waterford city.
His motorbike and a car collided on the Williamstown Road shortly after 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body has been brought to University Hospital Waterford where a post-mortem examination will be carried out.
A woman in her 30s who was driving the car has been taken to the same hospital to be treated for injuries believed to be non life-threatening.
Separately, a man in his 60s has been killed in a crash in County Tipperary.
He was driving a car in a single-vehicle collision on the N24 at Kilmoyler, Cahir at around twenty to 11 yesterday morning.
