Gardaí have seized a vehicle in Monaghan following a raft of offences.
Carrickmacross Gardaí were carrying out routine checkpoints this morning. A van was stopped and it was found to have not been taxed in over 700 days. The driver also had no insurance, no CVRT, and the van was found to have bald tyres.
The vehicle was seized and a number of fixed penalty notices issued for the offences
