The Emerging Preferred Route for the Virginia Bypass has been published and is available to view online.
Five route options were published last November, and the preferred route is a combination of several of these options.
Anyone directly affected by the Preferred Option Corridor is encouraged to make an appointment to speak or meet with the Project Team.

Another public consultation has begun and will run until Monday, September 13th.
Tom Cannon is an Assistant Director with Barry Transportation and a Project Manager for the Virginia Bypass.
Speaking to Northern Sound, he acknowledged that a "small handful of homes" will be at risk if the project progresses to the next stage:
