Biomethane – a type of renewable gas - will be used in Virginia’s CNG trucks providing green transport for their supply chain.

A Cavan-Based Logistics Company, is on a mission to convert their fleet to 100% renewable gas.

Flogas Enterprise Solutions will supply Virginia International Logistics with 100% renewable gas to fuel their fleet.

This is one of Virginia International Logistics' many steps on their journey to cut their carbon emissions and support their sustainability objectives, leading the way within the logistical sector in Ireland.


The transport company also recently became the first haulier in Ireland to complete a zero carbon Heavy Goods Vehicle delivery to Europe, whilst fueled by renewable gas supplied by Flogas Enterprise Solutions.

Approximately 20% of Ireland’s total CO2 emissions come from transport, so it’s brilliant to see such forward-thinking measures being implemented”.
