Mains repair works are underway this evening to restore water supply to Augnamullen, Rockcorry and surrounding areas in Co. Monaghan.
According to Uisce Eireann works are now scheduled to take place until 11:55pm tonight to restore supply in the Augnamullen area.
While for residents in the greater Rockcorry area, 6pm this evening is the expected time that water will return to homes there.

It follows a burst water main in the area earlier today and a traffic management plan is in place for the duration of the works.
In a statement issued to ShannonSide Northern Sound News this evening, Uisce Eireann are advising people in the area to allow 2-3 hours after the estimated restoration time for your supply to fully return.
