A Carrickmacross councillor has described recent developments in relation to the Nuremore Hotel as a "game changer" for the area.
Indeed, this week, sources confirmed that the Nuremore Hotel in Carrickmacross has gone on sale with a guide price of €6m.
Additionally, Declan De Lacy, the liquidator of Nubility Capital Ltd, is selling the landmark property. Jodie Curran spoke with Fianna Fail's PJ O'Hanlon and began by asking him his thoughts on the recent development.
