A Carrickmacross man is set to take on a 1000 kilometre walking trail in aid of two local charities.
75-year-old Pat Cassidy will leave Bordeaux in the South West of France on Monday April 2nd and will then walk to Santiago on the Camino in North-western Spain.
He spoke to our reporter Pauric Clerkin about the walk:
