Did you know, that on average, men die six years younger than women? For the most part, they are for reasons that are largely preventable. In short, it means, it doesn’t have to be this way.

November is often associated with Mens Health, so this week on The Wider View we’re taking a look a few things every man should know about their health and how to improve the quality and length of their life.

These are spending time with people who make you feel good, talking and listening to each other, knowing the facts around cancer diagnosis, treatment and recovery and working to improve physical fitness.
