Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, affects approximately half a million people in Ireland actually, between 2017 and 2019, there were 2,627 people from Longford, Roscommon, Leitrim, Cavan & Monaghan hospitalised due to COPD.
Wednesday Nov 17th is world C.O.P.D Day and on this Saturday November 13 from 1-4pm, COPD Support Ireland will host a virtual conference, “Staying Well with COPD”, for people with COPD, their families and carers.
