Patricia Walsh of Fianna Fáil spoke to Northern Sound at the Cavan count centre after she was elected to Cavan County Council.
The councillor spoke about her campaign and how it differed from her previous campaign in 2014 when she failed to get elected to the council.
The councillor also spoke about the issues and concerns raised by people during the campaign trail.
