Podcast: Tom Dunphy. July 29th 2025 marks the 50th anniversary of the passing of showband superstar Tom Dunphy. Tom was killed in a road traffic accident close to the village of Annaduff in county Leitrim. Moreover, the actual spot is marked by a special memorial erected in his honour by his friends in the Jimmy Magee All-Stars back in 1978. Furthermore, FR Brian Darcy, John Flynn and Bertie McMahon spoke to Joe Finnegan about him.
