Those responsible for the vandalism of a Monaghan play park have been condemned.
The rope-walk bridge on the Oriel Way Playpark near Teach na nDaoine was damaged on Monday night.
Monaghan County Council says the rope-walk and other items were only installed last week at the park, at a cost of over €5,500.
