One of Co Monaghan's 'Summer of Food' heroes has been speaking to the Bottom Line about his line of drinks.

BogBoy Booch, owned by Joshua Dennis, is using local ingredients to make Kombucha, which is a fermented drink made from tea, sugar, and water.
