The resident GP on the Joe Finnegan Show answers queries that have come in from listeners on the controversy surrounding the HPV Vaccine which was introduced in 2010 to help prevent cervical cancer. Dr Illona Duffy says she has had her own children vaccinated and hopes it will also soon become available for boys. Dr Duffy has also advised parents that it's key that they make any decision surrounding the vaccine for their child based on scientific evidence and not on emotion.
