Billy Comer from Glenamaddy won the Irish National Lottery in June of 1994. He remembers the initial elation of the big win of IEP£1.1m , as well as the ferocious pressure that followed his going public on the matter. He spoke to the Joe Finnegan Show yesterday to share some advice.
