Stephanie Igoe from Canada who is now living in Longford says her happiest moment is not limited to one but many points in her life that made her feel full and content. She delves into her saddest moment which was when she lost her child to anencephaly, a fatal birth defect. Time has transformed her grief in a somewhat more manageable form. She is coping by accepting it, seeking help and talking about it more openly to others, which she advises everyone to do when going through tough times.
