You're never too young to learn about the importance of minding your mental health.
That's the opinion of room and after school leader John Kehoe in Edenbeag After School Childcare. He recently embarked on a project to bring awareness to the students that mental health problems can impact anyone at any age.
The students started to bring in bottle caps with the aim of creating a tree which will depict both the bright and dark sides of the brain.
The group have already collected thousands of bottle caps, with the positive impact of the project already visible for both parents and the staff of the school.
