Co Cavan Senator Sarah O'Reilly claims there has been an increase in anti-social behaviour across local communities, particularly around her own town of Bailieboro.
Senator O'Reilly says this anti-social behaviour needs to be called out with residents living in fear.
She said people have a right to feel secure in their own locality.
