The fifth national inpatient experience survey is now underway in Cavan and Monaghan.
The survey is the largest of its kind in Ireland and offers patients the opportunity to share their experiences of healthcare in this country.
It also helps the relevant authorities to establish the changes that need to be made.

Eligible patients to participate in the survey and have received a questionnaire - it can be completed in paper form or online, and must be submitted by the 12th of August.
