Listen Back: Monaghan business wins big at Blas na hÉireann. All roads led to Dingle this month; for the eagerly anticipated finals of Blas na hÉireann, The Irish Food Awards, now in their 18th year; and firmly established as the largest and most influential food awards on the island of Ireland.
This year, 14 producers from Co Monaghan shortlisted across a wide range of categories.
Foraged & Infused awarded best in Co Monaghan.
The local gin company also scooped up a gold for its slow gin, while the popular rhubarb gin which claimed victory last year walked away with a silver award.
Local producer Kevin Redmond said he was "blown away" by the success of both his products this year.
