Thus, Councillors in Cavan have agreed a motion to write to the Minister for Health, Jennifer Carroll MacNeill. Specifically to enquire why a post for a qualified Counsellor; with the Cavan/Monaghan Youth Substance Support Service; remains vacant.
Cllr Niall Smith raised the issue at the most recent sitting of Cavan County Council.
