Cavan Monaghan Sinn Fein TD, Deputy Pauline Tully, has been responding to figures that were discussed on Northern Sound last week, indicating that increasing crime levels are evident in areas like Shercock, Killeshandra, Kingscourt, Cootehill and Ballyjamesduff.
Speaking to the Wider View this week, Deputy Tully says that because Fine Gael has had responsibility for the Department of Justice for the last 12 years, the failures across the board lie solely with it.
She began by explaining why that is the case.
