Eoin Kelly lost his brother to suicide and since has worked to raise awareness, and get others talking and seeking help, while also speaking about his own struggles in the aftermath of the death.
He now is part of the Darkness into Light group in Monaghan and he spoke to Sheila about how he coped after the family's loss:
