The MSPCA, located just outside Emyvale have this year been celebrating serving the Monaghan area for 20 years. Founded in 1996, the Monaghan Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals are a non-profit rescue charity dedicated to saving unwanted, abandoned and abused animals. They provide rescue, medical care, rehabilitation, and adoption services.
