A Smithborough woman is launching her second cookbook this weekend, and it's all in aid of charity.
Clare McElroy started collecting recipes at the start of lockdown last year, and her cooking was so good that her family and friends wanted to learn how she did it.
After the success of her first book, she's back in the kitchen again, and this year has dedicated the book to her niece who sadly passed away in July, aged just one day old.
