Special school opens in Castleblayney. A special school for children with complex learning needs opened in Castleblayney yesterday.
Although the campaign has been on going for a long time: Senator Robbie Gallagher said this is a positive news story.
The school is an interim facility. Indeed, there are plans in place to seek a site within Monaghan that could accommodate a new build.

The Senator wished all the children and staff who are attending the school the very best. Additionally he thanked the families who have campaigned for the facility.
Senator Gallagher said that there will never be enough facilities for children with complex learning needs.
