The Cavan minor footballers were too strong for Antrim in their second round Ulster MFC clash at Dunsilly.
Cavan scored a 3-20 to 0-7 victory over the Saffrons. Ben O’Hara (two) and Jamie Clarke with the goals for the Breffni men.
Meanwhile Monaghan suffered a heavy defeat at the hands of Derry. The game ended 1-14 to six points at Owenbeg.

It’s a first defeat for the Farney men who tasted victory in their first two games.
