''Banning things tends not to work''
Brendan Kelly is a professor of psychiatry at Trinity College Dublin and says that when it comes to smartphones ''people will find their way to it at some stage or other in their lives'' and that instead of banning their use we should be encouraging and educating people on smart use.
He also gave us advice on how to deal with so called 'gamers' after the World Health Organisation listed gaming addiction as a mental health condition
