Con O'Callaghan has been shortlisted for the AIB Club Player of the Year award after helping Cuala to win their first All-Ireland Football title. Ruairí Canavan of beaten finalists' Errigal Ciaran and Micheál Burns of Dr Crokes joined O'Callaghan on the shortlist. Con's brother Niall, defenders Michael Fitzsimons, Charlie McMorrow and Brian Looney, and midfielder Peadar Ó Cofaigh Byrne are Cuala's representatives on the team of the Championship. Four-in-a-row winners Kilkerrin-Clonberne have eight of the 15 players on the Club Ladies Football team of the season. Louise Ward and Eve Noone are nominated for Player of the Year alongside Kilmacud Crokes' Aoife Kane.
