Anthony Davey died on Thursday May 22nd 2026, peacefully at his home after a long illness, bravely borne.
Deeply regretted by his loving wife and soul mate Leona, his special son Alex and his heartbroken daughter Emma. Also by his parents Seamus and Bridgeen, brothers and sisters, brothers and sisters in law, nephews, nieces, grandnephew, grandniece, all his extended family, wonderful neighbours and a wide circle of friends. May he rest in peace.
Reposing at the McMahon funeral Home, Farnham Rd, Cavan (H12C821) on Sunday evening from 4pm until 6pm. Removal from his home in Drumalee on Monday morning at 10.40am, travelling to the Cathedral of S.s Patrick and Felim, Cavan, arriving for a Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock. Burial will take place afterwards in Cullies Cemetery.
