Archie Drury died on Monday, 25th May 2026. Peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, in his 99th year.
Predeceased by his grandson baby Cecil, parents; Archie and Sarah Jane, his brothers and sisters; May, Joe, John, Charles, Harold, Cecil, Greta and Georgie.
Archie leaves behind Sylvia, his adored wife of 66 years. Sylvia a devoted wife to Archie, whose greatest act of love was the care and comfort she gave her husband in his final years. Archie will forever be remembered as a dedicated and devoted father to Geoffrey (Helen), Raymond (Ann) and Sharon (David), his adored grandchildren; Steven, Natasha, Simon, Amy and Kyle. Sadly Missed by his nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, family circle, neighbours and many friends.
Resting at his residence (A82XN84) Tuesday 26th May 2026 from 5pm-9pm and Wednesday from 12 noon. Removal from his residence Thursday afternoon to arrive at Kilmount Presbyterian Church (H16PF76) for Funeral Service at 2pm, followed by interment in the churchyard. Family flowers only please donations in lieu, if desired to Alzheimer's society of Ireland via the donation link, family member or Funeral Director.
