Bernard (Benny) McAree died on Tuesday, 12th August, peacefully, surrounded by his family at home.
Predeceased by his brother John and his sister Minnie Finnegan.
Benny will be missed by his loving wife of 60 years, Mary, his children; Bernard (Bernie), Sinéad (Blair Cunningham) Christopher, his adored grandchildren; Ciarán, Eimear, Áine, Leah and Michael, his brother Jimmy, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Benny will be repose at Clerkin's Funeral Home Milltown, Monaghan (H18YF22) on Thursday the 14th and Friday the 15th of August from 5pm until 8pm.
Benny's funeral procession will arrive to St Macartan’s Cathedral on Saturday morning for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Laturcan cemetery.
