Brendan Mooney passed away on Tuesday, 23rd December, 2025. Peacefully at Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his son Shane.
Beloved husband and best friend of Eileen. Deeply missed by his heartbroken family, his wife Eileen, daughters Áine (James) and Cíara, son Túrloc (Sharon), his cherished grandchildren Leon, Teddy and Zara, his brothers and sisters in law, extended family, neighbours and many friends.
May his gentle soul rest in Eternal peace.
Remains reposing at his home in Glassdrummond, Redhills (H14 Y443) on Christmas Eve (24th December) from 1pm-4pm.
Please note there will be a shuttle bus in operation from St Brigid's Church, Killoughter.
There will be no parking available at the family home
House Private on Christmas Day, please.
Remains arriving to St. Brigid's Church, Killoughter, Redhills, (H14 V104) on St Stephen's Day (26th December) for 12noon Funeral Mass. Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
