Deirdre Murphy (née Quinn) passed away on Tuesday, August 19th, 2025. Peacefully, in the dedicated care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.
Beloved wife of John, loving mother of Shannon and Keva and dear daughter of Maura and the late Con. Missed by her heartbroken husband, daughters, mother, brothers Paul, Peadar, Colm and Kevin, sisters Katharina and Roisín, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle, cousins, extended family, neighbours and many friends.
Reposing in the Eternity Room of Quinn’s Funeral Homes, Dundalk (A91 KW52, entrance on Castletown Road) from 6pm-9pm on Wednesday, August 20th and from 3pm-9pm on Thursday, August 21st. Removal on Friday, August 22nd at 12 noon, via Shelling Hill, to St. James’ Church, Grange (A91 V5XT), arriving for Funeral Mass at 1pm.
Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
