Late of Fort Leiter, Bailieborough, Co. Cavan.
Derek Boddy passed away suddenly, but peacefully, on Wednesday 22nd October 2025. Predeceased by his parents, Albert and Laura.
Beloved husband of Florence, his treasured wife and best friend. Devoted father to Adam (Ashling) and Donna (Javier) and adored granddad to Emily and Grace. Sadly missed by his sisters, Yvonne (Cyril), Olive (Leslie); nieces and nephews. Deeply regretted by his heartbroken family, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough on Sunday 26th from 12 noon - 3pm. Funeral to arrive at Bailieborough Parish Church for Funeral Service at 2pm on Monday 27th October with burial afterwards in adjoining graveyard.
Family flowers only, please.
Donations in lieu, if desired, to Irish Heart Foundation and Bailieborough Parish Church Repair Fund c/o any family member or funeral director.
