Edward (Eddie) Fleming passed away on Sunday. 11th February, 2024. peacefully at Cavan General Hospital.
Predeceased by his wife Madge on 28th December last, his brother Sean and sister Annette.
Sadly missed by his daughters and sons Colette (Michael), Francis (Catherine), Paul (Noreen), Marie & Eamonn (Oonagh). Deeply regreddtd by his brothers, Brian, P. J. & Gerry. Always remembered by his beloved grandchildren Ciara, Shane, Niamh, Declan, Kelly, Michelle, Emily, Tara, Muireann & Tristan, great-grandchildren Emma, Caoimhe & Cillian, sisters-in-law Rita & Judy and Bridie. Remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours & friends.
Reposing at Smith's Funeral Home, High St. Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim N41 TD62 this Tuesday evening from 5pm until 7pm. Removal from his home in Bellaleenan on Wednesday to arrive at St Mogue’s Church, Bawnboy, Co Cavan for Funeral Mass at 1 pm. The adjoining cemetery is where burial will take place.
Eddie's family would like to acknowledge and thank the wonderful doctors, nurses and all the staff in Medical 1, Cavan General Hospital and the wonderful, supportive and caring staff in both Oakview Nursing Home, Belturbet and Breffni Care Centre, Ballyconnell.
