Ernest (Ernie) Kellett passed away on Friday, 26th June, 2026. Peacefully at Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Pre-deceased by his parents George & Mary Kellett, his sisters Lillian McLoughlin & Maud Lumsten and his brother David Kellett.
Lovingly remembered by his wife Dympna, daughter Ann Marie, son Noel (Megan), grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sadly missed by his sisters Florrie & Violet (George) and his brothers Donald (Mary) & Kevin (Marie), nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Ernie’s remains will repose at his home (H18 EW86) on Saturday (27th) from 2pm – 9pm. House private to family and neighbours at all other times please.
Ernie’s remains will leave the family home (H18 EW86) on Sunday morning to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Urbleshanny for Funeral Mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in St. Dympna’s Cemetery, Tydavnet. Family flowers only please.
