Francis (Franco) Caraher peacefully passed on Friday, 8th August 2025 in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, surrounded by his loving family.
Franco will repose at the family home at Knocknamaddy, Ballybay on Saturday, 9th August from 5pm until 9pm and, again, on Sunday from 4pm until 8pm. Shuttle bus will run to the home from Ballybay Pearse Brothers. Eircode: A75 DP04 - house private at all other times please.
Franco’s funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday morning at 11am in Saint Patrick’s Church, Ballybay; internment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please; donations to Ballybay Cancer society.
