Helen McVeigh died on Monday, 20th July 2026, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Sean, parents; Patsy and Joan and brother Sean.
Deeply regretted and very sadly missed by her family, son Shane (Pamela) and daughter Marie (Hubert), grandchildren; Jamie, Aoghán, Rían, Éanna, Sean and Ceola, brothers; Junior, Charlie and Joe, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Helen will be reposing at Lawlor's Funeral Home Ernehill, Belturbet (H14 VP68) on Wednesday evening from 6pm concluding with evening prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12 noon in St Patrick's Church, Milltown with burial afterwards in Drumlane Cemetery.
