James (Jim) Mc Areavey died on Wednesday, the 8th July peacefully, surrounded by his devoted family at his home.
Jim is predeceased by his parents; Patrick and Elizabeth, his brother William (Billy), Vincent, sisters; Mary Connolly and Sheila Kelly.
Jim will be forever loved and sorely missed by his heartbroken family, his wife Margaret, his children; Bernie (Deery), Jimmy, Linda (Martin Catchpole), Gary (Annemarie), Tracy, Joseph (Magdalena), his treasured 25 grandchildren and much loved10 great-grandchildren, his neighbours, friends and all who knew and loved him.
Jim will repose at his home (H18 XR57) on Thursday (9th) & Friday (10th) from 2pm until 9pm.
Jim’s funeral procession will arrive to St. Patrick's Church, Corracrin on Saturday morning for 11am funeral mass. Burial afterwards in Laturcan cemetery.
