To John’s dear ones we are very sad and shocked to hear about his untimely passing away. Few years ago he attended our Buddhist meetings in Monaghan when we were there between 2012-2019 and we chanted for his enlightenment or highest state of life’s potential to emerge. Our prayer and wish is for his life to rest in peace and infinite happiness courage compassion and wisdom to emerge in his next life. Our prayers also for strength and best wishes to rest of his family. “Nam Myo Ho Renge Kyo” from Dr Manosh Phookan and Theresa Burke. Belfast.

Very sad to hear this news about John. Spent many happy times together in Monaghan in my youth with Cooper Kearns, Deery, Quinn and the rest of the boys. Will be thinking of John and his family in the coming days and hope that in time things heal. All our love.
