John Mc Kenna passed away on Sunday, 8th February, 2026. Peacefully at Cavan General Hospital.
Pre-deceased by his parents Maura (Hoban) and Michael Mc Kenna and brother-in-law Dick Kiernan.
Deeply regretted by his sisters Monica (Noel Earley), Bernadette, Norah Ryan, Margaret Kiernan, brothers Patrick (Corinne García), Vincent (Susan Ryan), Gerard (Annie Quinn), aunts Sr. Paul Hoban and Margaret Deery, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
John’s remains will repose at McMahons Funeral Home, Emyvale, H18 FK80 on Monday from 4pm - 8pm.
Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning at 11am at St.Patricks Church, Corracrin. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
