Joseph (Joe) McDonald died on Monday, 27th July 2026, peacefully at home.
Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Mary Sarah (nee Gaffney) , brothers; Seamus and Gerry, sisters; Nora, Hannah and Brigid.
Sadly missed by his beloved wife Anna (nee Webb), sons; Patrick and Oliver, daughters-in-law; Tracy and Karen, grandchildren; Conor, Erin, Katie, Hannah and Ali, brothers; Brendan, Malachy, Laurence and Brian, sisters; Marie, Kathleen and Patricia and his many nephews and nieces.
Reposing at EC Hughes' Funeral Home, Main Street, Middletown on Monday from 5 to 9pm and on Tuesday from 4 to 8pm.
Funeral leaving his late residence on Wednesday 29th July to arrive at St. John's Church, Middletown for 11am Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Tynan Surgery Patients Comfort Fund.
