Lisa Murphy (nee Carolan) died peacefully on Monday, February 23rd 2026, at her home and surrounded by her loving family, after a long illness bravely borne.
Predeceased by her parents, Paddy and Mary Carolan and Betty Clarke; her grandmother, Maureen Clarke; and all the deceased members of the Clarke and Carolan families.
Dearly loved and will be very sadly missed by her loving husband, Patrick; daughter, Danielle; son, Patrick; adored grandchildren, Rían, Líadh and Oisín; son-in-law, Carl; brothers, Niall (Aisling) and Mickey; sisters, Leonie (Ciaran) and Kathy (Tom); uncles and aunts, mother-in-law, Kathleen; brothers-in-law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, cousins, all her extended family, good neighbours, work colleagues and many friends.
May she rest in peace.
Lesa will repose at the home of her brother, Niall, and sister-in-law, Aisling (H12R652), on Wednesday evening from 4pm until 8pm and, again, on Thursday evening from 4pm until 8pm. House private to family at all other times. Removal on Friday morning at 10.30am, travelling via her home in St. Patrick's Terrace, to the Cathedral of S.s Patrick and Felim, Cavan, and arriving for a Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock. Burial will take place afterwards in Cullies Cemetery.
