Mary Mc Kenna (née McCaffrey) died on Tuesday 3rd March 2026, peacefully in the wonderful care of the management and staff of Mullinahinch house nursing home, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Eamon and her parents Owen and Elizabeth.
Cherished and much-loved mother of Edward, Eugene (Caroline, Boston, USA) and Deirdre (Dermot Gormley, Boston, USA). Mary will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her daughter, sons and their partners, adored grandchildren, Shauna, Dara, Eoin, Aoibhe, Orlagh, Sarah and Caleb, sisters-in-law, Dympna (Brady, Kildare) and Agnes (Summers, Monaghan Town), nieces, nephews, extended family, many friends and by all who knew and loved Mary
Mary will be resting at the family home, Clontibret, Clones (H23 HA94), Tuesday 3rd from 5pm to 9pm and Wednesday 4th from 4pm to 9pm (family time on Thursday morning Please). Removal on Thursday morning (5th) at 10.20am to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Magherarney for 11am funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
