Mary Tormey (nee) Mc Cahey died on Tuesday 27th January 2026, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital after a short illness. Surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her mother Katie and father James.
Deeply regretted and lovingly missed by her family, husband Michael, sons; Oliver, Martin (Rose) Gerard (Sinead) and daughters; Teresa and Aisling (Francis).
Sadly missed by her brother Pat (Bridie), niece Rosaleen and her adored grandchildren; Dylan, Brandon, Aimee, Alana, Kaila, Sara, Adam, Cate, Sophia, Isabelle, Leah, Michael, Sasha, Abbie and Ryan, extended family, neighbours and many friends.
Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough this evening (Tues) from 5pm-8pm. Mary will repose at the family home tomorrow evening (Wed) from 5pm-8pm.
Removal from her residence on Thursday, arriving at St. Brigid's Church Knockbride West for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Cavan Monaghan Palliative care via the donation link, funeral director or any family member.
